If you are not good at swimming – be good at drafting.
There is almost 900m of climbing on the bike course, which must be respected
The first 5km of the run = technique & form; the next 10km = steady, sustainable rhythm, staying positive & patient; the final 5km = give it everything you’ve got left in the tank!
Believe. Strive. Achieve. (pretty good mantra tbh… watch this space!)
So it looks like it all kicks off for me at 07:10am in wave 2 for the 30-34 (M)
