week one…

…has passed since I started the training plan ‘proper‘!

A couple of points in retrospect….

  • I swam twice & it went well! – shoulder felt tight a day or so after, but feel fine now
  • I feel fine overall – albeit a bit stiff, but overall i feel great.
  • My run is getting better
  • My bike is getting better
  • I need a new saddle
  • …or padded shorts!

…off to bed i go!
