…has passed since I started the training plan ‘proper‘!
A couple of points in retrospect….
- I swam twice & it went well! – shoulder felt tight a day or so after, but feel fine now
- I feel fine overall – albeit a bit stiff, but overall i feel great.
- My run is getting better
- My bike is getting better
- I need a new saddle
- …or padded shorts!
…off to bed i go!
