100k & Progress!

So last week I did 4 turbo sessions totalling >100k – and 1 bike/run back to back.

The bike/run was a sprint distance but without the swim- I did the 25k cycle in 35min – and then a leisurely 5k – total time around 1hr 5mins.

No records were broken. However… I felt as fresh as a daisy at the end!

2 years ago this would have not been the case!
